Enjoy a little GyMotivation to get yourself over the mid-week slump.

It’s so hard to remember sometimes that the little changes combine together to produce big changes. If you’ve ever taken a “Before” and “After” picture, you know the truth behind this.

So, dig out that old photo album and look at the person that you used to be, and now take a picture and look at the amazing person that you’ve become.

Set a date for yourself to take another picture. 2 months, 6 months, 1 year from today. All that work that you put in today will show.
