Happy WIAW my dears! Sorry that about half of my eats were already eaten before I had a chance to take a picture. Whoops!

Overnight oats. Old-fashioned oats, ON French Vanilla whey, chia seeds.

Workout

5.2 easy miles + lifting…

Meal #2

Sweet potato + protein shake. Perfect post-workout meal.

Meal #3

Chicken, California veg blend, and brown rice; post-consumption.

Food Lab creations…

The focus of today’s lab? Appropriately veggies’ best friend, fruits!

Applesauce, baked apples, coddled apples, fruit plate, and fruit crumble.

My creation: Clafoutis of Plum.

Tuna and veggies; post-consumption.

Cottage Cheese. Now I'm all out for the week :-(.
