WIAW: First Day of Spring

Happy First Day of Spring, everyone! Nothing like a good 83 degree day in Michigan in the middle of March to ring in a new season.

Meal #1

French Vanilla overnight oats + natural PB.

Workout

5.2 easy miles + lifting

Meal #2

Remnants of a post-workout sweet potato smoothie. Don't knock it till you try it!

Meal #3

Crap I forgot! Veggies, pita bread, and hard-boiled egg whites.

Meal #4

Forgot AGAIN! Chicken, cranberry, and almond salad with raspberry dressing.

Meal #5

Forgot. Chobani with strawberry preserves and natural pb.

Meal #6

Forgot. Cottage cheese.

Well this was one huge FAIL of a WIAW. Sorry, guys! Just another month and a half or so and then hopefully I won’t be so busy for a little while.
